Downtown Coffee Honolulu is an independent, locally owned coffeehouse and coffee roaster located at 900 Fort Street Mall in the Pioneer Plaza Building in Downtown Honolulu, Hawaii. Founded in 2008 and specializing in roasting Hawaii-grown coffee since 2011, the shop sources its beans directly from local farms such as Waialua Estate, Mauigrown Coffee, and Rusty’s Hawaiian Coffee, roasting in-house every Saturday to highlight each bean’s varietal and origin characteristics. In addition to 100% Hawaii coffee and espresso, the shop serves Japanese matcha, matcha tortes, and house-made pastries, earning a loyal following and recognition as an Editor’s Choice for Best Latte by the Honolulu Weekly.
