Island Brew Coffeehouse

Founded in 2012, Island Brew Coffeehouse is a locally owned, husband-and-wife-operated café specializing in 100% Hawaiian-grown and roasted coffee — including Kona and Ka’u specialty brews — alongside an all-day menu of breakfast and lunch items such as bagels, waffles, flatbreads, acai bowls, and fresh vegan and gluten-free pastries. The coffeehouse currently operates four locations across Honolulu, including its original open-air waterfront spot at the Hawaii Kai Shopping Center, as well as locations at Ala Moana Center, Ward Village, and RISE Manoa on University Avenue. Island Brew is committed to using fresh, local, and organic ingredients, and actively supports local schools, businesses, and nonprofit organizations to promote community service and environmental sustainability.
