Sol Café

Founded in 2022 by owner Ramiro, Sol Café is a specialty coffee cart located inside the Lonohana Chocolate Factory at 711 Queen Street in the Kaka’ako neighborhood of Honolulu, Hawaii. The café serves espresso-based drinks — including signature mocha beverages crafted with bean-to-bar chocolate made on-site from 100% locally grown Hawaiian cacao — alongside handcrafted chocolate bars in unique flavors such as lavender blueberry, cardamom, jasmine, and hibiscus.
