Seabird Coffee Company

Seabird Coffee Company is a specialty café operated out of a polished Airstream trailer located at 61-3655 Akoni Pule Highway, just across from Kawaihae Harbor in Waimea, Hawaii. Founded and run by two sisters who grew up in the area, the business serves creative specialty coffee drinks made with house-made syrups, alongside handcrafted breakfast sandwiches, burritos, and baked goods. Open Monday through Saturday from 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM, Seabird Coffee Co. shares its space with Ocean Sports and has quickly built a loyal following among locals and visitors to the Big Island.
