Alchemist Coffee Overland

Alchemist Coffee Roasting Co. is a locally owned, small-batch coffee roaster and café founded in Boise, Idaho in February 2016, with its Overland location at 10650 W Overland Rd opening in April 2021. The shop serves handcrafted espresso drinks, botanically inspired lattes, and a fresh food menu ranging from breakfast burritos and bowls to pastries, all made with organic, ethically sourced beans roasted in-house. Beyond great coffee, Alchemist operates with a community-first mission, donating proceeds to ministries supporting women and children in crisis — making it, in their own words, “coffee with purpose.”
