Caffeina Roasting Company

Caffeina Roasting Company is a small-batch coffee roaster and café based in Boise, Idaho, with its original roasting house and café located at the corner of State and Collister streets, established in 2018. Founded by Lyndsey, the company sources certified organic, fair trade, and small-farm coffees, blending innovative and traditional roasting methods alongside a full-service in-house bakery, house-made kombucha, and local craft beer. A second location on the Boise Bench off Overland Road opened in 2019, with additional cafés across the greater Boise area, reflecting the brand’s continued growth and deep roots in the local community.
