Coffee With A Twist

Coffee With A Twist is a specialty coffee shop located at 2475 S Apple St, Suite 101, in Southeast Boise, Idaho, founded by husband-and-wife team Sarah and Dillon McVean and opened in the summer of 2025. The shop is known for its entirely house-made sauces and syrups, as well as its signature French Twist — a flaky pastry baked in-house daily, similar to a croissant and offered in flavors like cinnamon, almond, and ham and cheese. With a mission to cultivate a warm, community-centered gathering place for Southeast Boise, Coffee With A Twist partners with Evan’s Brothers Coffee Roasters and Steep Mountain Tea to ensure sustainably and ethically sourced beverages.
