Pine Coffee Supply is a specialty café and roastery originally founded in Pinedale, Wyoming in July 2017, built on a mission to curate high-quality, consistently exceptional coffee in a welcoming, community-focused space. In 2018 the company began roasting its own beans, and by 2023 had expanded to a second brick-and-mortar location in Boise’s West Downtown neighborhood at 175 N. 14th Street — offering 900 square feet of interior space, a spacious outdoor patio, and two fire pits. Pine Coffee Supply operates Monday through Saturday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., and also offers a wholesale program for those looking to bring their roasts beyond the café.
