Founded in 2018 as Primal Roast Coffee, Primal Coffee Boise is a locally owned café and wood-fire coffee roaster located at 20 N Latah Street in Boise, Idaho, with a second downtown location inside Meriwether Cider at 224 N 9th Street. The café is known for its locally roasted, fire-roasted beans, handmade pastries, breakfast sandwiches, and specialty beverages including lattes, chai, and house-made oat milk.
