Roast & Vine

Roast & Vine is a minority-owned coffee shop and wine bar located at 420 W. Main St., Suite 101B, in downtown Boise, Idaho, opened in early 2025 by owner Brian Aguirre, a Los Angeles native who relocated to Boise over a decade ago. The venue serves specialty coffee, chai, matcha, teas, pastries, and small bites — with wine service planned once licensing is complete — all within a moody, speakeasy-inspired atmosphere featuring a fireplace and couches designed to foster community and connection. Roast & Vine is co-located with Graeber & Company Salon and Facial Bar and is rooted in Aguirre’s lifelong vision of creating an inclusive, welcoming gathering space for the Boise community.
