Slick Rock Coffee Co

Slick Rock Coffee Co is a locally owned coffee shop located at 577 E Park Blvd in downtown Boise, Idaho, founded by owner Camber Christian, who returned to the Treasure Valley after 14 years in Washington State with a mission to bring Pacific Northwest coffee culture home. The shop serves an extensive menu of lattes, breves, pour-overs, Lotus plant-based energy drinks, and freshly made-in-house baked goods including bagels, croissants, açaí bowls, and pastries. Prior to opening their brick-and-mortar location in late 2024, Christian and her daughter built community momentum through event pop-up shops, and the café continues to be recognized for its welcoming atmosphere and strong neighborhood presence near Boise State University.
