Salt and Light Coffee Lounge

Salt & Light Coffee Lounge is an independently owned café located at 94 N Fisher Park Way in Eagle, Idaho, founded by Boise State University graduate Kylie Penberthy, who opened the shop in August 2025 to fill a gap in the local coffee market. The lounge serves high-quality organic coffee sourced from local roasters, house-made syrups, seed-oil-free pastries, matcha, chai, kombucha on tap, and locally sourced beer, wine, and charcuterie boards — with all ingredients selected for being clean and organic. Taking its name from a Biblical reference, Salt & Light is designed to be a welcoming community gathering place where locals can connect, work, or simply unwind in a cozy, upscale-yet-inclusive atmosphere.
