North Fork Coffee Roasters is a women-owned, small-batch organic coffee roastery and café located at 204 Lenora Street in McCall, Idaho, founded by owner Corinne, whose passion for roasting began on a stovetop before growing into a full roastery and café. The shop ethically sources seasonally available beans, roasts them in-house, and names each blend after birds native to the North Fork of the Payette River. In addition to freshly roasted coffees, North Fork offers locally made pastries, handmade jewelry and mugs from Idaho artists, smoothies, and grab-and-go bites, making it a beloved community hub for locals and visitors alike.
