Antigua Coffee Company

Antigua Coffee Company is a family-owned bistro, coffee shop, and café located at 1800 N Locust Grove Road in Meridian, Idaho, founded by Salvadoran-Guatemalan couple Silvia and Edgar Azmitia, who relocated to the Treasure Valley over 20 years ago. The café serves specialty coffee made with Central American beans alongside an authentic Latin American menu of handmade pupusas, pastries, burritos, sandwiches, soups, and more — all prepared fresh and made to order. Deeply rooted in their community, the Azmitias have spent roughly five years sharing their cultural heritage through food, earning a loyal local following and widespread praise for bringing genuine Central American flavors to the Treasure Valley.
