BrewLab Coffee

BrewLab Coffee, established in 2017, is a specialty coffee shop located at 630 S 5th St in Champaign, in the heart of UIUC’s campus. The café focuses on crafting quality coffee and creating a community gathering space where patrons can share stories and enjoy expertly brewed beverages alongside pastries and breakfast items. Operating daily from 8am to 6pm, BrewLab is part of a sister business with BakeLab Patisserie and serves specialty drinks including its signature matcha and Kyoto-style cold brew.
