Columbia Street Roastery

Columbia Street Roastery is a three-generation family-owned specialty coffee roaster established in 1998 at 24 East Columbia Street in downtown Champaign, Illinois, with roots in a family business dating back to 1951. The roastery sources coffee beans from around the world, roasting them in-house and offering single-origin beans, blends, and flavored coffee for retail and wholesale customers. The business demonstrates strong community involvement, including employment partnerships with Misericordia in Chicago that provide job opportunities for adults with developmental disabilities in their coffee processing operations.
