Sinclaire’s Coffee

Sinclaire’s Coffee is a local café founded in January 2024, specializing in fair-trade coffee and tea with locations in Champaign, including one in the McKinley Foundation lobby at 410 E Daniel St and another at the College of Law’s Huizenga Commons. The café also offers pastries, sandwiches, and catering services through its parent company, A Pinch of This, and is committed to ethical sourcing practices that ensure farmers are fairly compensated and work in safe conditions.
