Tasa Coffee Roasters

Tasa Coffee Roasters is a Latina-owned café and in-house roastery located at 4136 W. North Ave. in the West Humboldt Park neighborhood of Chicago, IL, founded by lifelong Chicagoan Jackie Marquez, the daughter of Mexican immigrants. Established in 2022, the concept was born during the COVID-19 pandemic as a way to share a love of specialty coffee — sourced primarily from women-owned farms — alongside made-to-order Latin food, including signature items like empanadas, house-made horchata cold brew, and weekend tamales.
