The River Coffee Company

The River Coffee Company is a specialty coffee shop and roastery located at 101 N. Main Street in the heart of downtown Decatur, Illinois, established in 2017 and opened to the public in March 2018. After a fire destroyed their original location in April 2019, they rebuilt and reopened at the corner of Main and Main in downtown Decatur. Operating as a slow-bar style café, they serve handcrafted espresso drinks, pour-overs, cold brew, and more using freshly roasted beans, while emphasizing community connection and using coffee as a means to reach out to the people of Decatur.
