The Roastery by Living Millennially

The Roastery by Living Millennially is a woman-owned specialty coffee shop located at 1103 Mill Street in Maeystown, IL, founded by Paige Hewett and partner Caleb Wolz, who launched the brand during the COVID-19 pandemic by crafting and selling their own signature coffee blends online. What began as a mobile pop-up camper serving oat milk-based lattes at local farmers markets and community events evolved into a permanent brick-and-mortar roastery, which opened in October 2023 in a former Maeystown coffee shop space. The Roastery specializes in house-roasted coffees and oat milk lattes, offers on-site small-batch custom roasting, and continues to serve the broader community through its seasonal pop-up camper at the Monroe County Farmers Market.
