Founded in 2016, CxT Roasting Company (pronounced “see-ex-tee,” short for “Coffee by Tristan”) is a family-owned specialty coffee roaster based in Peoria, IL, offering small-batch, single-origin coffees and teas for both retail and wholesale customers. The Keller Station location, situated at 6035 Knoxville Ave, Suite 101, is one of multiple CxT cafés in the Peoria area, each serving specialty-grade espresso drinks, teas, and freshly roasted coffee roasted in-house by founder and roastmaster Tristan. The company also sources limited-time coffees through socially responsible importers, reflecting a commitment to quality and ethical trade.
