Blue Mind Coffee (also known as Blue Mind Roasting) is a small-batch specialty coffee roaster and café located at 646 E. 38th Street in the Rose Building in Indianapolis, Indiana. Founded in 2015, the company spent nearly a decade roasting ethically sourced, craft specialty coffees before opening its brick-and-mortar café in February 2023, where it quickly earned a large and loyal following.
