The Coffee Haus at Guggman

The Coffee Haus at Guggman is a family-owned coffee shop located at 1701 Gent Avenue on Indianapolis’s near Northwest side, operating out of a restored 1916 house that originally served as the founding taproom and brewery for Guggman Haus Brewing Co. when it launched in 2019. Owned and operated by the Guggenberger and Gorman families, the shop opened in May 2024 and serves hand-crafted espresso drinks featuring Tinker Coffee, cold brew from Julian Coffee Roasters, seasonal Italian sodas, tea, pastries from local bakeries, and scratch-made breakfast burritos. Open Tuesday through Sunday from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., The Coffee Haus offers indoor and outdoor seating in a cozy, community-centered setting and regularly participates in neighborhood events hosted across the Guggman Haus campus.
