The Press Coffee Co

The Press Coffee Co is a specialty coffeehouse located in the historic Courier-Times building in the heart of downtown New Castle, Indiana, owned and operated by Ben and Emily Hamm, who opened the shop in August 2022. The name is a nod to both the building’s newspaper heritage and the craft of brewing coffee. Serving premium specialty coffee, teas, smoothies, and light bites, The Press was founded with a community-first mission — to create a welcoming “third place” where residents can build relationships, collaborate, and connect.
