Moxie Coffee Company is a craft coffee shop located at 218 S. Chestnut St. in Seymour, Indiana, situated in the city’s commercial historic district inside a building dating back to 1885, which was purchased in December 2020 and opened after a full renovation. The shop offers a variety of espresso drinks, teas, non-coffee beverages, and food options, and sources its beans from The Well Coffeehouse, a Nashville-based 501(c)3 nonprofit dedicated to building clean water wells in coffee-sourcing countries. In addition to its café, Moxie hosts community events such as coffeehouse concerts and open mic nights, offers a rentable meeting room, and was established with a mission to support downtown Seymour’s revitalization and foster local community connection.
