Stella’s Coffee Bar

Stella’s Coffee Bar is a locally owned coffee shop located at 160 S. 25th Street in Fort Dodge, Iowa, founded by Abby Stromberg, who originally launched the concept in 2020 as a mobile coffee bar operating out of a vintage 1968 camper before transitioning to a permanent brick-and-mortar location. The shop specializes in creative craft coffee, seasonal food, teas, and a curated selection of merchandise including apparel, candles, and gifts. Named in honor of Stromberg’s late mother-in-law, Stella’s has become a community staple in Fort Dodge, hosting local events and participating in the Fort Dodge Farmer’s Market.
