Coffee Attic & Book Cellar

Founded in 2001 by Bob and Jan Morton, the Coffee Attic & Book Cellar is an independent coffeehouse located at 604 Washington Ave in downtown Iowa Falls, Iowa, serving specialty coffee, fresh pastries, paninis, and a selection of new and used books. Current owners Kat and Pat Bissell took over in 2016, expanding the shop’s role as a community cultural hub by hosting local artists, poetry nights, food pantry fundraisers, pop-up shops for local vendors, and events for area schools and charities. The multi-level space features a main-floor café, a lower-level book cellar, and a rentable loft — all reflecting the shop’s commitment to fostering connection and creativity in the Iowa Falls community.
