Mayberry’s Coffee House & Eatery

Mayberry’s Coffee House & Eatery is a family-owned coffee shop and eatery located at 128 W. Jefferson on the south side of the Osceola town square in Osceola, Iowa, that opened in December 2016. The menu features specialty lattes, teas, smoothies, and made-from-scratch baked goods alongside breakfast and lunch service. A recognized staple of the local community, Mayberry’s was selected as one of five statewide finalists for the Iowa Economic Development Authority’s Open 4 Business Grant program, earning an $8,000 grant for expansion and revitalization efforts aimed at benefiting the broader Osceola community.
