Splitlog Coffee Co. Drive Thru & Local Roaster is a specialty coffee shop and in-house roastery located at 548 Central Avenue in the Strawberry Hill neighborhood of Kansas City, Kansas. Founded in early 2017 by brothers Adam and Caleb Wittmer and managed by 2014 U.S. Latte Art Champion Simeon Bricker, the shop was built to bring an exceptional coffee experience to the Kansas side of the state line. Offering a convenient drive-thru, indoor and outdoor seating, a hot breakfast menu, and fresh pastries, Splitlog has quickly become a staple of the KCK coffee community.
