Dolce Caffè

Dolce Caffè is a family-owned, European-inspired coffee shop located at 435 S. Parker Street in Olathe, KS, founded in 2025 by couple Michaela Krueger and Luka Pivk, whose love story began in a Croatian café. The shop operates out of a revitalized former Tastee Freez drive-in building, serving specialty espresso drinks, flavored lattes, teas, pastries, and baked goods using premium Austrian brand Julius Meinl coffee, with catering and bulk coffee services also available. Rooted in the Italian motto *Dolce far niente* (“the sweetness of doing nothing”), Dolce Caffè is designed as a community gathering space, hosting events such as coffee flight nights, DJ evenings, and Galentine’s parties to bring the Olathe community together.
