1858 Coffee House

1858 Coffee House is a locally owned coffee shop located at 131 S. Santa Fe Ave. in downtown Salina, Kansas, which opened in April 2024. Its name honors 1858, the year Salina was founded, and the historic building features murals over 100 years old, exposed brick, and vintage architectural details that reflect the city’s heritage. Co-located with SalinaHomes Real Estate — whose owner also owns the coffee house — the shop serves locally sourced Mokas brand coffee alongside a menu of signature drinks named after Salina landmarks, as well as pastries, smoothies, teas, and matcha, making it a community gathering place in the heart of downtown.
