Adelitas Coffee Co

Adelitas Coffee Co. is a Latino-owned specialty coffee roastery and café located at 120 E. 1st St. N in downtown Wichita, Kansas, founded by Oscar and Vanessa Pineda. Rooted in their Mexican heritage, the business grew from Esperanza Coffee Roasters, launched in 2021, into a full café concept — Las Adelitas — which opened in 2023 and expanded in late 2024, with the two brands ultimately uniting under the Adelitas Coffee Co. name. The café is celebrated for its small-batch, ethically sourced coffees and a culturally inspired menu featuring drinks like horchata lattes and mazapán lattes, while serving as a gathering place for Wichita’s Latino community.
