Opened in March 2024 by Cave City native Leticia Cline, Ace Coffee Co. is a coffee shop and café housed in the renovated historic Ace Theater at 203 Broadway Street in downtown Cave City, Kentucky — a nod to the beloved venue that anchored the community in the 1950s. The shop serves award-winning coffee alongside a global breakfast and lunch menu, craft beers, wines, and cocktails, and also features a curated merchandise shop. Beyond beverages, Ace Coffee Co. is a community hub that hosts workshops, events, and creative gatherings, with Cline’s vision rooted in providing a welcoming “third place” for students, locals, and visitors alike in the heart of the Mammoth Cave region.
