Elliott Coffee

Founded in 2024 by siblings Elijah and Asa Knapp and Elijah’s wife Isabelle, Elliott Coffee is a multi-roaster café located at 825 6th Avenue in Dayton, Kentucky, just minutes from downtown Cincinnati. Housed in a century-old former gas station and mechanic shop, the café serves a curated selection of specialty coffees, espresso, matcha, tea, homemade breakfast sandwiches, and local pastries. With a mission to bring energy back to neighborhood spaces, Elliott Coffee aims to serve as a welcoming community gathering place for Dayton residents and Greater Cincinnati visitors alike.
