Engine House

Engine House Coffee is a locally owned café located at 307 W. Main St. in downtown Frankfort, Kentucky, serving high-end coffee, tea, fair trade and organic beverages, and community-sourced pastries. The shop is housed in a historic fire engine house — dating back to 1868 — that has been updated with a modern aesthetic. Known for its community-minded approach, Engine House operates a “pay it forward” board and is committed to environmental sustainability through ethically sourced ingredients and compostable cups and utensils.
