Grounded All Day Cafe

Grounded All Day Cafe is a family-owned, family-friendly café located at 106 Burke Road in the Meadowthorpe neighborhood of Lexington, Kentucky, just outside of downtown and near the Distillery District. After four years in development — including navigating a pandemic and personal health challenges — the owners opened the café, serving authentic New York-style bagels with house-made spreads, handcrafted coffee drinks made with locally sourced Nate’s Coffee and original syrups, fresh salads, locally baked goods, and ice cream. Beyond great food, Grounded is a true community hub, hosting events such as donation-based outdoor yoga, kids’ story time, live music, and farmers markets in their expansive outdoor Sideyard, while also collaborating with local farmers, artists, and nonprofits to serve the broader Lexington community.
