About

Old School Coffee is a locally owned coffee shop founded by Lexington native Rhett Constantine, originally located in the historic Dudley Square building at 380 South Mill Street — a structure built in 1881 that once served as Public School #3 until 1925. The shop sources all of its coffee and espresso from Seven Hills Coffee Roasters in Cincinnati, Ohio, and partners with beloved local institution Spalding’s Bakery to offer their famous doughnuts every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Old School Coffee has since expanded to multiple Lexington locations, including Lansdowne Shoppes on Tates Creek Road and Fayette Mall, cementing its place as a community-rooted staple in Central Kentucky.
