Brew & Sip Express is a family-owned, fast-casual coffee concept in Louisville, Kentucky, founded by LaToya Cook-Bradley as a reimagined evolution of the original Brew & Sip Coffee Bar, which first opened in 2020. The Express location operates at 1405 W. Broadway inside the Gateway on Broadway development in west Louisville, serving coffee, breakfast, lunch, and grab-and-go items, with space for catering events. The brand is rooted in community, inclusivity, and supporting minority entrepreneurs, and operates alongside its sister company, Flavorfull Catering, which serves corporate events, private functions, and personalized meal prep.
