About

Cherrybomb Coffee Co. is a retro-inspired, independently owned specialty coffee brand founded by Noah McLain, who began roasting beans out of his parents’ garage while attending Southeastern Louisiana University before launching with a coffee cart and opening the first location in Mandeville. The Baton Rouge location, situated inside a stationary 1973 Airstream trailer at 136 W. Chimes Street near LSU, serves house-roasted craft coffee, nitro cold brew, ceremonial-grade matcha, and locally baked goods from CounterspaceBR, alongside LSU-exclusive menu items like the Bengal Brew and Mike’s Matcha. In addition to its brick-and-mortar presence, Cherrybomb operates five mobile coffee carts and a catering trailer, servicing roughly 300 events per year across the Gulf South for weddings, corporate functions, and private parties.
