Bayou Barista LLC

Bayou Barista LLC is a family-owned, award-winning coffee shop located at 102 E. Refinery Street in Breaux Bridge, Louisiana, founded by husband-and-wife team Jared and Cathi Soileau. What began as a mobile coffee trailer serving food truck parks and local events across Acadiana grew into a permanent brick-and-mortar drive-thru, where the Soileaus left their full-time jobs to pursue their dream of serving locally roasted, full-bodied coffee to their community. The shop offers espresso drinks, cold brew, fresh-brewed coffee, locally roasted K-Cups, and fresh baked pastries, and has been recognized as a top business by the St. Martin Parish community.
