Luma Coffee

Luma Coffee Roasters is a specialty coffee shop and roastery located at 125 E Thomas St in the historic Central Rexall Drugs building in downtown Hammond, Louisiana. Founded by two couples — Devin and Catherine Masters and Logan and Shelby Torrance — the business opened its brick-and-mortar location in the fall of 2020 after the owners pursued professional training through the Specialty Coffee Association. In addition to its in-house roasted coffee and rotating specialty drink menu, Luma offers a full food menu and wholesale and subscription programs, positioning itself as both a community gathering space and a local roasting operation.
