Rêve Coffee Roasters is a locally owned specialty micro-roaster and café founded by Nathanael Johnson, rooted in the culture and spirit of Acadiana, with its flagship location and roastery situated at the corner of Jefferson and Cypress in downtown Lafayette, LA. The brand has grown to multiple locations across the region, offering in-house roasted coffee, specialty espresso drinks, pastries, breakfast and lunch items, craft cocktails, teas, and probiotic sodas. Rêve’s downtown flagship is deeply embedded in the local community, regularly participating in festivals, art walks, and neighborhood events right outside its door.
