Komade

KOMADE is a locally owned coffee and pastry shop located at 917 Parkview Drive in New Iberia, Louisiana, founded by the Girouard family, who filed for their LLC in February 2023. The name “KOMADE” is derived from the first two letters of each of the owner’s three children’s names — Kole, Madysin, and Destiny — reflecting the shop’s deep family roots. KOMADE serves fresh coffee sourced from local farmers, homemade pastries from local vendors, and a full menu of hot and cold beverages, while also hosting community-centered events and working to become a welcoming gathering space for students, friends, and neighbors throughout New Iberia.
