Gemini Cafe & Bakery

Gemini Cafe & Bakery is a locally owned café and bakery located at 96 Main Street in Bethel, Maine, founded by Anna Sysko and Nicole Pellerin — two longtime industry veterans who previously co-managed the beloved DiCocoa’s café before it closed in 2021. The duo opened Gemini to fill the void left in Bethel’s social scene, offering fresh-baked breads, pastries, bagels, espresso drinks, and breakfast and lunch fare Thursday through Monday, 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Since opening, Gemini has quickly become a community gathering hub, drawing loyal locals and visitors alike to its welcoming, open-concept space on Main Street.
