The Abbey: Craft Coffee & Cocktails

The Abbey: Craft Coffee & Cocktails is a proudly queer-owned café and cocktail bar located at 87 Maine Street in the heart of historic downtown Brunswick, Maine. Founded by Conor Scott and Lainey Catalino and born out of a desire for community connection following the pandemic, The Abbey serves specialty coffees, inventive handcrafted cocktails, and a rotating menu of shareable small plates from morning through late evening. The establishment earned national recognition as a 2025 James Beard Award semifinalist for Best New Bar in the United States.
