Milltown Coffee is a locally owned coffee shop located at 1 Baring Street in Calais, Maine, serving espresso, drip coffee, and fresh pastries in a cozy, relaxed atmosphere with free Wi-Fi. Founded by Chris and Noelle Jorgensen — who relocated from the West Coast and were drawn to Calais’s charm and potential — the shop was formally welcomed into the community with a ribbon-cutting ceremony hosted by the St. Croix Valley Chamber of Commerce.
