Bintliff’s Corner Brew

Bintliff’s Corner Brew is a specialty coffee shop and all-day brunch café located at 153 Water Street in historic downtown Gardiner, Maine, opened in 2022 by restaurateur Roger Bintliff — a Maine culinary institution with decades of experience behind beloved establishments including Bintliff’s American Cafe in Portland. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Roger and his daughters renovated the corner space, filling it with Maine antiques and memorabilia that reflect the deep history of the surrounding community. The café serves specialty coffee drinks, made-to-order brunch dishes, bagels, pastries, and quiches, with locally inspired menu items such as The Kennebec bagel sandwich, and has quickly earned a reputation as a welcoming neighborhood staple along the Kennebec River.
