Adee’s Coffee & Bar

Adee’s Coffee & Bar (officially Adee’s Coffee Roasters) is an Ethiopian-owned specialty coffee shop and roastery located at 1625 Fleet Street in Baltimore’s Fells Point neighborhood, offering in-house roasted coffees, craft cocktails, espresso drinks, pastries, and light fare in a 3,000-square-foot space. The business, which opened in October 2023, is connected to a sibling flower shop, Adee’s Tulips, and sources its Ethiopian beans directly through its own contacts in Ethiopia — dedicating a portion of tips each month to support Ethiopian coffee farmers. On the first Saturday of every month, the owners host a traditional Ethiopian coffee ceremony, celebrating the country’s rich coffee heritage and fostering a sense of community in Baltimore.
