Lobby Coffee Bar & Cafe

Lobby Coffee Bar & Cafe is a nonprofit, full-service coffee shop located at 6201 Solomons Island Rd inside Chesapeake Church in Huntingtown, Maryland, founded in 2016 as a joint partnership between End Hunger In Calvert County, Honduras Compassion Partners, and Chesapeake Church. The cafe serves specialty coffee, cold brew, smoothies, baked goods, and cafe fare, while channeling its mission into community impact through a Culinary Training Program that equips students with food service skills, ServSafe certification, and job-placement assistance. Voted Calvert County’s best coffee shop four years in a row, The Lobby lives by its motto of “coffee, cause, and community,” using every cup sold to support local hunger relief efforts and clean water initiatives in Honduras.
