Ragamuffins Coffee House

Ragamuffins Coffee House is an independent coffeehouse located at 385 Main Street on historic Main Street in Laurel, MD, opened on April 5, 2017, and owned by Redemption Community Church. Inspired by Brennan Manning’s book *The Ragamuffin Gospel*, the shop serves handcrafted specialty coffee, tea, and food while functioning as a community gathering space — hosting live music, coffee brewing classes, and private events in its reservable Community Room. The name and mission reflect the church’s vision of creating a welcoming “third place” where neighbors connect, relationships deepen, and community life thrives.
